BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: Tracts of land located in the 7400 block of East Brainerd Road, being on the southwest line of East Brainerd Road at South Joiner Road. Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18, East Pointe Patio Townhomes Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 41, page 72, R.O.H.C.; being the property described in deed book 3955, page 278, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 158L-F-6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9, 6.10, and 6.11. from RT-1 Residential Townhouse Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Erection and maintenance of a landscaped screen along the south line of the property. 2. Dedication and acceptance of additional right-of-way as required by the City Traffic Engineer. 3. Access shall be permitted to said tract only from Joiner Road. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it, provided that this Ordinance shall not be operative until completion of condition no. 2 in Section 2 above.
